Our story
ABS Consulting was started to answer one question that kept coming up in conversations with accounting firms: why does outsourcing always mean losing sight of the work?
Firms wanted the extra capacity. They wanted to take on more clients without hiring and training another full-time bookkeeper or preparer. What they didn’t want was to hand work over and wait in the dark, hoping it came back correct and on time.
So we built our service the other way around. Before deciding which accounting tasks we’d take on, we decided how our clients would see them. That led to ABS Audit Sync, the workflow platform that sits behind every assignment we handle, and to a five-stage process where visibility isn’t an add-on. It’s the foundation.
Today we support CPA practices, accounting firms, small businesses, and startups with outsourced accounting services in the USA covering bookkeeping, year-end work, management reporting, tax preparation, and payroll.

Founder and Practice Advisor
Abhishek shapes the firm’s strategic direction. With more than 20 years in accounting, he founded ABS Consulting to solve the visibility problem he saw across outsourced accounting relationships.
His experience spans bookkeeping, management accounts, taxation, payroll, year-end accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. He works closely with clients to understand their operational needs and design outsourcing solutions that keep them in clear control of tasks, workflows, and data access.
Komal
Manager
Komal leads day-to-day delivery and manager review. She has extensive experience handling complex accounting assignments, reconciliations, management reporting, and year-end processes.
Known for her attention to detail and analytical approach, she coordinates multiple engagements at once and makes sure every checkpoint is cleared before work moves to client review.
